Despite the fact that I seem to be at the top end of Frank and
Robbie's (we will still pretend that we don't know their real names)
demographic, and am fast approaching middle age - I feel uniquely
qualified to comment on the ramblings of these three smart guys and
the occasional smart girl (OK you professional English students - is
Allison occasionally smart - or occasionally on the show?!).
They have just climbed the steps to the diving board, and I have
already jumped. My dive isn't over yet - but I have already done the
hard part. Jumping. Robbie has taken a few steps down the board
towards the water...Allison has as well. Frank has started down the
board - but it appears he is headed back towards the stairs to make
another run of it...not too old yet for a do-over.
I hope you enjoy this foray into not-so-pop culture that somehow
blends innocence with cynical depravity as much as I do.
As Frank once said - "This show is about truth" and that's what you'll get.
